It’s a small three star hotel which has a good and helpful stuff. Though they don’t have lifts but they have a person helping with luggages all the time. I liked the family atmosphere in the hotel. It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning ?? .
Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes. I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel.

Great location very near victoria coach station. Staff friendly, room not ready on our arrival (1.20pm), didn't offer any refreshments while we waited, so left our bags there and went out. Our room was very small, bed up tight to a firegrate, which was very dusty on the top. I asked to change but was told hotel was full. Bathroom was good, nice tiles with a good shower and towels. Breakfast was continental good selection of foods, limited seating, some guests had to wait.
